Creator Factory is Holy Marketing’s ongoing program for brand-owned, creator-led social accounts. It combines account strategy, creator recruitment and development, recurring content production, publishing and measurement.
Your product needs a continuing conversation with customers. The program gives that work a home: accounts created for the brand, recurring content, and a record of which messages and formats are worth developing.

A distinct customer segment may need its own creator, content perspective and account strategy.
You have room for recurring production, feedback and testing, with an internal owner who can keep approvals moving.
Holy co-founder Kseniia Petrina describes the Creator Factory approach in her book. It brings account strategy, talent development and recurring content into one program.
The accounts are created for the brand. Content rights, creator permissions and access are defined in the agreement; platform rules still apply.

Choose an audience segment and a recognizable point of view before deciding who appears on camera.
Look for believable product use, creative skill, consistency and the ability to work with feedback. An existing large following is not the starting requirement.
Build content themes, hooks and repeatable formats with the creator. Leave room for their personality and a natural relationship with the audience.
Coordinate production, publishing, comments and reporting. Use results to refine formats, support the talent and plan the next cycle.
Map audience segments to creator profiles, account concepts, platforms and a realistic production scope.
Recruit and brief creators; define access, account ownership and the production workflow.
Run the content cycle. Test themes and delivery, review audience fit and agree where paid support belongs.
Review patterns across the cycle, improve the program and plan talent continuity or replacement where needed.
The program is set up around accounts created for your brand. Ownership, access, content rights and handover are documented in the engagement, with platform rules and agreed third-party rights taken into account.
Brand accounts, commissioned content and program data, with access and rights defined in the agreement.
Audience insights, tested formats, briefs and production learning that inform the next cycle.
A documented account and content handover process. A creator transition is planned work; it does not mean the audience response will remain unchanged.
Publishing consistency, approvals, usable assets and the team’s ability to maintain the agreed work.
Who is watching, geography, typical post performance and the share of formats that show repeatable promise.
Site traffic and attributable actions where tracking is available. Organic content, paid support and live formats are reviewed separately.

An ambassador usually builds their own account and lends the brand an ongoing association. Creator Factory is organized around accounts created for the brand, alongside a talent and content operating system. Ownership is the key distinction.
A UGC package usually delivers content assets. Creator Factory also includes the account strategy, recurring creator operation, publishing and audience learning defined in the program.
No. The program’s brand accounts are distinct from a creator’s personal profile. Rights to accounts, content, a creator’s likeness and paid usage are set out explicitly in the agreement.
We plan for talent transitions, account access and content continuity. A replacement still needs casting, onboarding and time to build audience rapport.
Yes. An influencer campaign can introduce the product to an existing audience while Creator Factory builds an ongoing brand-owned presence. Each stream keeps its own goals, budget and reporting.
Monthly project budgets start at US$20,000. Scope depends on the number of accounts and markets, creator roster, production volume, publishing responsibilities, content rights and program length. Those choices determine the estimate; a recurring program needs a recurring budget.
We agree on the setup schedule, production cycle and review points before launch. Hiring, onboarding, product access and approvals all affect timing. Early reviews assess production and audience fit; a new account is not a promise of immediate sales.
